COM is now using eLumen software to collect, store and report on student learning outcomes, curriculum review and program review. PRIE is providing data on enrollment, student persistence, course completion and course success by program and for the college overall for each discipline’s program review. PRIE is uploading these data into eLumen for direct faculty access to their discipline’s data. These data are also disaggregated by race/ethnicity, gender, age group, and campus/DE. Academic departments will compare metrics for their programs to the college overall.
Currently, COM’s new student persistence from fall to spring semester is 62%. The Spring 2018 course success rate is 79% and course completion rate, 91%.
