Are more COM students transferring to four-year institutions in less time?  

COM is now using eLumen software to collect, store and report on student learning outcomes, curriculum review and program review.  

Looking at COM’s performance on its institution-set standards over the past three academic years, the data show clear improvement on the number of students transferring to UC and CSU campuses, and fall-to-spring persistence of our first-time students.  

College of Marin (COM) reports a set of metrics to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) every year.

One of COM’s strategic planning goals is to increase philanthropic support to address unfunded needs in the form of scholarships, endowments, academic student support programs and facilities within three years.

College of Marin is moving away from placing students in math and English courses based only on a standardized test.
